Meet the Team

Paul Meller

General Manager

Paul has been with the Jemca Car Group for 10 years. He stated that he would not work for any other manufacturer and many of his family and friends have been driving Lexus's for years due to their innovation, reliability and build quality. He went on to state, Jemca believe in putting their customer first in everything they do to deliver the high levels of service and convenience you would expect. Jemca employees are highly trained, passionate and dedicated to looking after you as a valued loyal customer for years to come.

David Minto

General Sales Manager

David started in the motor industry in 1994 working for Toyota, then after 13 years he joined Jemca Lexus in 2008.

David commented that "I like working for Lexus because the product is reliable and the cars have a dynamic hybrid system. But mainly the customer service as well. Jemca are a forward thinking company, who look after their staff and it's a great place to work."

For David customer service is very important and he feels that the key values of customer service are "putting the customer first and making sure that every step of the way is a pleasant and enjoyable experience."

Mark Dormer

Business Manager

Mark started working in financial services selling mortgages, insurances and other financial products. He started in the Motor Trade Industry as a Salesperson. For the last few years he has been the Business Manager here at Lexus Reading.

Mark commented that "Lexus make good quality cars, and Jemca are always willing to invest in people within the company."

For Mark the key values of customer service are "to meet the requirements of the customer and be transparent when dealing with people."

Christy O'Connell

Market Area Parts Manager

Christy has been with Lexus for the past 22 years.

Christy commented that "I like working for Toyota because they are a worldwide company. They are the biggest and best."

Christy sees customer service in a different light, "I don't think its customer service, but it is customer delight. We need to give people our undivided attention at all time and making sure they have a good experience when they come to us."
